Phi Delt’s been nationally dry for a while, but it doesn’t seem to stop them from drinking. I doubt it’ll have much of an effect until Georgia Tech passes a campus-wide rule. That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if all fraternities were officially nationally dry within the next 10 years.
