No KA and Fiji are not top.. No one in top goes to their parties literally ever.. Sigma Chi is definitely not top, half of them are really into Alpha Phi for some reason and are pretty much the only fraternity in the top 2 rows other than TKE that really hangs out with them.. ATO SN SigEp and SAE throw the best parties here and always have top girls around so obviously they are top..
