Most of this is only applicable to a select few girls in each chapter; a lot of Alpha Phi's never get into trouble, I know lots of Phi Mus who are really proper and respectful, and ZTA's spring PC wasn't all that bad. Whenever looking at generalizations like this it is important to not fully believe them because they tend to not represent the chapter as a whole. All chapters have cliques within them and an entire chapter can't be defined by a single clique within it.
