Alum seem to have this misconception that just because they were cool at fsu a while means they will be cool again. ATO will be just like lamda chi when they come back. No house but still have a lot of alum connections and memories of being top. You can sell history as much as you want but housing is the biggest recruitment advantage in fraternity life at FSU now. Own or rent a house off of College/Park ave, Ctown, or heritage and you’ll be fine. But renting off campus townhouses or apartments isn’t cutting it. With ATO selling their parcels off Lorene all they have is some money with nothing to do with it considering all the land in ctown has been bought and developed, same with college and park. Heritage is mostly dead but if you get one of the mansions you’ll be okay.
