You may be right. The. Ato property was on St Augustine near Copeland, but was told it fell through after the charter was pulled. The property is owned by a management group and has some apartments on it… but Leon Cty records do not show any portion of that land was ever sold. So, you may know of a different lot that I’m not aware of. ATO has great alums and will come back strong. Just as will PiKapp and PhiTau. PiKapp always has the advantage with the College Ave house being owned. Better when all the traditional orgs are back, including Delt and Phi Sig.
