Top: 1: Zeta Tau Alpha (ZTA) - Known for bidding the hottest girls. Extremely popular and involved. Lack some respect for sisterhood bc of bullying allegations. 2: Kappa Delta (KD) - Line dance winners, popular philo, great rep in the community, overall nicer than other houses. Very popular. Mix of southern and trendy girls. 3: Alpha Delta Pi (AD PI) - Pretty girls, very academic and involved, southern vibe. fall 24 was a big improvement from fall 23. 4: Delta Gamma (DG) - SoFlo vibe, very trendy. Popular with pnms. Known as the party girls. Great house. 5: Delta Delta Delta (Tri Delt) - Very popular. Bad rep for weak sisterhood bc of bullying rumors and for the car wash behavior. ***Minor drop in rep*** Middle: 6: Kappa Alpha Theta (Theta) - Also soflo vibe, not traditional sorority girl vibe. Super trendy and nice. Very chill and pretty girls. Big drop rates bc of repeated trend of girls joining finding their finds then dropping. 7: Alpha Pi (A Phi) - Pretty girls everyone overall likes them. 8: Pi Beta Phi (Pi Phi) - Super nice chill girls, pretty diverse compared to other chapters. 9: Chi Omega (Chi O) - Great gpa and retention rate. SO SWEET. 10: Alpha Chi Omega (A Chi O) - Great gpa, won chapter of the yr multiple yrs. Very pretty, nice, and outgoing girls. 11: Delta Zeta (DZ) - have improved significantly in just a few years, retention rate isn’t the best/dues are pretty expensive compared to other mid houses. 12: Phi Mu (Phi Mu) - Amazing group of women, very genuine and kind group. Great sisterhood, girls really love the sisterhood and are super into the philo. Won chapter of the year. 13: Sigma Delta Tau (Sig Delt) - Pretty nice girls. Keep to themselves. 14/15 (TIE): Gamma Phi Beta (G Phi) and Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG/Kappa) - Gphi has improved like CRAZY in the past three years. Beautiful house, great location. One of the nicest more genuine chapters on campus. Involved on campus, multiple sisters on student foundation, gpa could be better. Some people hold on to old reps from 2020 but they don’t deserve to be bottom tier anymore imo. Have some gorgeous and majority conveniently pretty girls. Sisters genuinely love each other and their philo. Great culture. Well liked in Panhellenic. Ifc relations could be better. - Kappa has also improved after a few questionable pcs. Spring pc made up for fall. Overall one of the nicest chapters, great sisterhood. Very equal in terms of overall rep compared to Gphi but ifc relations are a bit better than Gphi. ****BIG DROP, huge difference in reputation all over campus and within Panhellenic and IFC.**** BOTTOM: 16: Alpha Gamma Delta (AGD) - Stereotyped as the “bigger” girls, have a difficult time recruiting and retaining because of that. Beautiful house, great location. Definitely are trying to improve while there may be bigger girls not many are genuinely conventionally unattractive. Great internal sisterhood culture and other houses think positively of their attitudes at community events. No hate but they do dm random girls which turns a lot of people off. 17: Alpha Omicron Pi (Aopi) - Bad location off of main sorority rows. High gpa’s and kind of involved on campus. stereotyped as the “insecure” or “anti-social” girls. Have potential to improve but continuously hurt that potential yr after yr because of their horrible attitudes towards each other and other chapters. Poor internal sisterhood, snap bid/retention rate.
