I’ve worked with every chapter, and I’d encourage us all to think carefully about how we talk about 'rankings.' Even when it’s well-intentioned, these kinds of posts often reinforce harmful comparisons and make people feel lesser for something that shouldn’t be reduced to a list. Every chapter brings something different to the table—whether it’s philanthropy, sisterhood, leadership, or community—and none of that can or should be ranked objectively. If we really want to support Panhellenic unity, let’s shift the conversation away from hierarchy and toward respect, collaboration, and celebrating our differences without putting anyone down. That’s what sisterhood should look like.”
