That might have been true in the past but ever since the LXA shooting and the death at Pi Kapps, Greek Life Office is becoming strict and is requiring from these returning fraternities to provide outlines of requirements for their new colonies. I believe that was the agreement between the IHQ and Greek Life and it is mentioned in the fraternity scorecard. Remember these fraternities were kicked off/suspended due to risk management and endangering the welfare of their potential new members. SX is going to be the test colony to see how well they comply with the policies and procedures of the university. What FSU does not want is a repeat performance from these returning/ or new fraternities. BTW, this is also happening at other universities across the country.
