Pike and Thera Chi are great examples of the fact that the house doesn’t make you the best. Pike has always been the best but they work at it. They put all the pieces together. Theta Chi is just damn great. They’re full of confidence and they attract good looking, social, athletic guys. It’s the attitude and not the houses that make Pike and Theta Chi the top two.
