I can 100% promise YOU I have no affiliation or ties to Alpha Phi...what I do have are eyes... I can see the results... denying their trajectory is not rational thinking. Using IFC as a model would not really benefit lower mid or lower tier houses very much. The success of the top 5-10 or so houses has more to do with networking amongst potential candidates that will fit their house profile from their hometowns and a tremendous amount of effort in planning and building their reputations for excellence in the areas they deem important. Making excuses is just not acceptable particularly since ALL are given the same opportunity to recruit.
