Improvement has come more from the absence of fraternities that have been kicked off than from anything the mid-tier group has done for themselves. That may change this fall depending on who works hard at rushing. Kappa Sig, SAE and Fiji especially could improve a lot if they just go out and recruit hard. Same with Sigma Pi, and D-Chi has potential but they have to really bust it. Imagine what the top tier would look like if ATO and Delt were still in the game. KA doesn't really fit into any tier. They are who they are and they never change, but they rank among the best with sororities.
