Here’s the deal....in times like this and in the rush we had yes things and ranks can change and they can change a lot. Yes AXO and Pi phi and some other chapters dropped the ball with rush this year and did not put a lot of time into and this did not make a great impression with some PNMs . Other chapters did put effort and were able to secure their top preferred PNMs. Get over it. Things and ranks have changed.
