It depends on where you land on the bid list. The 2nd choice only comes into play if your first choice pledges to quota before they get to your name. Then the computer will seek to match you to your 2nd choice. If you are high on their bid list (your name appears before their quota limit) you will get a bid to your 2nd choice. If you are after the quota number with both sororities (say your #1 has a quota of 80 and your name appears in the 90th position, and your #2 has a quota of 82 and your name appears as the 92nd position) but you attended both pref parties, you will more than likely be a quota addition to the one with the lower # of members.
