NIC fraternity chapters are not allowed to vote no in any other NIC fraternity expansion. Lambda Chi, Sig Ep and Phi Delt are not members of the IFC. Sigma chi is a sure bet. And they are great. Any mid tier fraternity sitting in its butt will get rolled over.
