Are there even any sigma chis left at FSU? Regardless it will have to probably be a colony again, which will be tough but might lead to a house by 2021. I'm not even sure if SX is running underground anymore, it may have completely died out. But I could be totally wrong, my fraternity was off from 2000 to 2008 and they ran underground for that entire time.
