I think this could be true but I don’t see both theta chi and SigEp on top tier. It would probably have to be one or the other. So like Top: Pike Lower top: ATO, either Theta Chi/SigEp Upper mid: The other between Theta Chi/SigEp, and then so on with the rest of frat rankings. Theta chi and SigEp both have potential for the lower top spot if they play their cards right and they have been close lately in terms of tier/ranking. Although SigEp is getting a nice house somewhere out of heritage which definitely helps their case especially with recruitment
