No sorority would "have to do it" because it's up to the chapter to do it or not. It depends on how close they are to House Total after December graduations and other factors as to how a house would COB or whether they would at all. Besides it's not like a real rush. Some houses don't announce anything and just give a few bids on the DL to girls they already know they want. They don't have to announce anything.
