Pike is fine on their island and once Lambda Chi and Phi Delt come back to their own houses those big chapters and big houses will be strong. Phi Tau is real good, and they have made a good use of their HG clubhouse with the additions. Moving isn't going to make them any better or worse. They're already good and considering that they're pretty wild, being isolated out at HG is probably good protection for them. Granted, College Ave is where the energy is, but it's also where the garbage is and the greatest chances of getting in trouble. Amy is watching.
