So rumor has it Alpha Delta Phi is (already) being kicked out of their house and Phi Tau has plans to move in. 1. Is there any serious proof to this happening? I know Phi Tau is probably pretty serious about it because they HAVE to get out of their shack. 2. What would that mean for college ave, and for heritage?
