Like you said, there are pros and cons: Pros: - Always something happening - You’re living with your best friends - You’ll never miss anything - Pledges will clean your room - Either close to campus(college ave) or close to other fraternities(heritage) - It’s cheap as FU CK Cons: - Your stuff will probably get stolen from time to time - Your house will smell, often - Your stuff will be broken - Much less privacy - Id you don’t have pledges, the house will be a disaster - You’ll be paying a lot more
