The “run-down” house’s argument doesn’t really apply man - all of those houses are renovated and are pretty nice on the inside. With the exception of (maybe) theta chi they’re all pretty nice inside. At least the ones that I’ve been in. Just rush where you want to, there are good and bad reasons for being in both locations
