College Ave (or rather anywhere that’s “on campus”) is the move. Walk to class, walk to bars, walk to just about anything that’s relevant in Tallahassee. Heritage likely has better accommodations in general but in my opinion, I’d rather not be so far from just about everything I need and have to fight over parking spaces on campus every day. On top of that, unless you’re pledging Pike you’re going to be in one of those sh itty, cookie-cutter houses that no one likes. There’s a reason why only Phi Tau, Delta Chi, Phi Psi, and TKE are left in those houses and it’s because they’re terrible. And lastly we just got those bird scooters so you can literally go wherever you want around campus in a couple of minutes. College ave and the houses around it are definitely the move. You’ve got Kappa Sig, SAE, and especially Theta Chi who are fuc king wild, KA if you’re a country boy, Fiji if that’s more your speed, and I think someone is moving into the old Pi Kapp house too. It’s gonna be live down there next year.
