Honestly depends on what you’re interested in? I know for my own sorority we have an entire Gala event & Heart Race to support our philanthropy for woman’s heart health. But as far as I know, most of the sororities have either medical related theme like Woman’s Heart Health (APhi), child related themes like Make a Wish (ChiO), or support based like Feed America (AGD).
