I'm sure the same amount of people will rush Fall 2019 as in previous years. these new Fall PCs will go to houses that fit their style. I assure you, that a kid will decide to rush even though past fraternities are gone. The top kids will just go other houes and you will see a growth in existing chapters. If anything this could be positive becuase it will allow chapters to grow and thus be more money in the system for tailgates/parties etc.
