It's really gonna depend on who you interact with. There are great guys in every frat and there are creeps in every frat. It'd be better to look out for certain guys than it would be to look out for certain frats IMO In general though tallahassee is pretty safe for a college town. Just steer clear if you get a weird vibe from someone
