When frats get kicked off they create a vacuum in the spot they leave. Theta Chi is replacing that vacuum left by top frats getting kicked off by moving into the spot once held by ATO, who also moved up. Phi Tau is also in a similar position but they've always been considered up there as well. Sig Ep is replacing Theta Chi at the top of the middle tier as they move out of Heritage. Kappa Sig or SAE will replace Sig Ep in that dead middle spot depending on how they do next year. Sigma Pi or FIJI, again depending on how they do, will notch a spot up from where they are. Not a brother in any of the fraternities mentioned but that's just how I see it as of now. Hope that answers your question
