If Phi Tau can't rush then they're off the board. Losing Phi Delt was a big blow to the fraternity system. This spring semester Pike is on top. Then Delt and ATO. Then Theta Chi (yes, believe it), KA and maybe Kappa Sig. Then comes the SAE, Beta, Fiji round.
