You sound like a really nice person but you're probably at the wrong school for what you say you want. Heres the best advice I can offer and I'm a guy. The truth is that 90% of guys do not want to commit to anything involving freshmen. Don't look for that. Go party and have fun. Go out but make sure at the end of the night that your date knows you're not a hookup. Do NOT tell him that before your date begins, and do NOT tell him that you're 'looking for a relationship'.
