I wouldn't describe any of the fraternities here as garbage. There are plenty of rush prospects so no one here really struggles to find members unless they want to be small. Good mid-level fraternities are Pi Kappa Phi, Kappa Sigma, Chi Phi, maybe Sigma Pi, Fiji, maybe Beta Theta Pi, SAE. I did not include ATO, Theta Chi, Phi Sig and KA. They're not considered 'top tier' but they're really competitive and very good; way above the middle. 'Top Tier' is subjective but probably everyone would say Pike, Phi Delt, Delt, maybe Phi Sig and maybe Phi Tau.
