May want to see who pairs with these houses. That is why Phi Delt is too high. They lost out to Phi Tau for Zeta the other year (my gf is a ZTA). Pikes/Delts are tops, but Theta Chi? who do they pair with? Not the top 4 sororities. ATO? not either. If I remember Phi Tau has had DG,ZTA, DDD as last 3 pairings.
