Zeta and Pi phi just recruit completely different girls. Both are equally fun, sweet, and cute girls - but just very different personality wise - not every house is a perfect fit for every girl, and that's the point of recruitment- to find your house! Zetas are fun and outgoing and fit the "blonde sorority girl stereotype" a little more and pi phis are more chill, artsy, granola and recruit high GPAs. Both have their mix of partiers and God-squad. But it's honestly so hard to compare zeta and pi phi because of their differences so I think they should be on the same level.
