Yes pi phi is the AOPI of the top tier. Only considered top because they take a lot of legacies and cut super heavy the first night , therefore girls that still have them on their schedule don’t cut. A few good ones, but overall nothing much going for them except good grades. In a top house and honestly not a zeta but for sure think they are a more desired house than pi phi.
