The vast majority of girls who don't get a bid are the ones who drop out of recruitment voluntarily because they don't like the houses that they are left with (in other words the houses that WANT them but these PNM's think they are too good for) or they drop because they change their minds about rushing altogether. Getting dropped from all houses happens mostly for low GPA or bad reputation, and less often for not having good conversational skills - girls who just can't hold a conversation well are not memorable.
