They do the same “spring” recruitment every year. It usually starts at the end of the fall semester. & 9/10 of them are close friends of current sisters. It’s basically just COB but with a structured bid day. Spring rush is informal and just basically COB so there is no rules or time lines set by Pan. Hope this helps answers your question
