both houses party a lot, frat guys love them, are very trendy, beautiful, and are for sure the top 2 houses. alpha phi has perfect girl vibe. A lot of the girls in aphi can be clout chasers but others are really nice. known to have more blondes but all the girls are gorgeous. less involved on campus. delta zeta seems to have a more baddie vibe. they’re generally pretty nice and chill. i think they have a lot of brunettes but i could be wrong? they hold the biggest philanthropy so they’re very involved on campus. both are unique in their own ways but can be similar in some aspects.
