Because there are so many lower tier fraternities (about 15) it's really hard to predict any big risers, but the one I can see potentially making a push next year is Phi Psi. They are trying harder than any other bottom house right now, and while they certainly aren't well off in many aspects they seem to be improving. As long as Acacia is named Acacia it will always have a limit as to how much it can grow, as unfortunate as that may be. Phi Kappa Theta rising depends on the status of Sig Nu. They are very similar in a lot of ways (high GPAs not the best parties), and because of that I think Phi Kap will need to rebrand a little bit if they want to rise. With that info I want to give a warning to bottom tier houses. Quality is always better than Quantity. While there certainly are benefits to growing in size semester by semester (bigger budget, more guys repping letters, bigger parties), there are also some potential negatives. A great example of this is AEPi. Just a couple years ago they seemed primed to break into the lower mid tiers. They exploded in size and were making waves... However, they prioritized quantity over quality, and their size no longer mattered when people realized half their brothers couldn't hold a conversation with girls, other guys, or even each other. Rome wasn't built in a night, and neither is any top or even middle tier house at ASU. Stay patient, recruit hard, and eventually any bottom house can rise up
