Bro, take 10 mins and just do a general Yelp review of the places students live at in tempe, or ask your friends brother for places. You'll notice from 2010-2016(but really more like 2014/15) EVERY ASU appt review had TONS of people complaining about noise, or constant party complaints, pool parties till 3am, destroyed hallways. Now? From about 2015-Current, no one is complaining anymore ANYWHERE about constant noise or parties everyday of the week. Why? Because ASU has calmed down considerably, even at those 3 places he mentioned above ^ District, The Hub, Cottages, Gateway, 922 Place, West 6th, Boulevard 1900, RISE, all these places have basically ZERO complaints since around 2016 about noise or parties. ASU is really dying down, and the city of Tempe as a whole has really stepped up regulating what can happen. To be honest, there isnt a place like The Vue anymore, and with the dawn of social media, and a super sue-first ask later culture we live in, that will probably never happen again. I'm at the Hub now, and I came here cause I was told it was crazy. It's not, and I hate it here. My biggest tibbet of advice is to request tours at all those places I mentioned and instead of letting the tour guide talk your head off, use your tour as time to stop residents living there and ask for their honest opinion on neighbors, parties and the social vibe, they will always tell you the truth. I know this is long but best of luck to you man, dont want to see someone else get screwed over like me.
