There is NO WAY DZ is top chapter. A Phi recruits above everyone and DZ does NOT recruit in the number 1 or 2 spot. They keep ranking themselves as number 2 but I have seen our RFM report and my chapter recruits number 2. I’m not even sure they recruit #3. Self ranking at its finest.
