Subject:
other ways to become popular?

Poster Message:
Hi, for the sake on anonymity let's say my name is Danielle. I'm good looking, thin, tall, kind to others, and passionate about my hobbies and future dreams. I went through recruitment a while back and did well, but come the end of recruitment I received the bottom two sororities as my final options. I think it was because I was shy throughout the process because I didn't really know anything about sororities or what they wanted from me, I think I asked the girls more questions than they asked me.. anyway, I went with one of the two houses and ended up initiating and not enjoying it because I noticed I didnt have the opportunities to do the things that girls in other sororities were doing, so I left. I was attracted to join Greek life so I could become more popular with people at Arizona State and get to know lots of fun people. Since I can't do that through Greek life anymore, I was wondering if anyone knew of other ways to put myself out there at ASU and network, for example a popular club to join, so I can just have fun meeting people, go to parties, and do stuff that the girls in the accepted sororities get to do. Also, I just don't want to feel like such a loser anymore. I'm normal, very pretty, dress well, and do great in school... I'm just not having a good time in college at all and don't know how to fix it :( Thank you
