Some things to clear up: AXO is not a top house. They may be physically attractive to frat guys but they are actually completely irrelevant on campus. I honestly went an entire year in ASU Greek before I heard anything about AXO that wasn’t during recruitment. I only know like two of them and honestly they’re both kinda crazy. Pi Phi dropped a lot this year, but so did a lot of other top houses (I’m looking at you APhi). They are now firmly at the bottom of the top tier, but you can’t keep putting them in middle tier while still leaving AXO in the top. APhi I think also lost a lot of quality this year. My heart tells me that they shouldn’t be top house anymore, but honestly idk who else would fill that void. Maybe there is no real top house, but that’s a subject for a different time. DG is actually becoming competitive with the top tier sororities. I would be comfortable putting them on the same level as Pi Phi (since DG is rising and Pi Phi is falling). Now, as far as the bottom houses go, I think that if you are going to but ADPi and AGD in a bottom tier, despite the fact that they would be considered a mid tier anywhere else, you have to put SK, KKG, and KD with them. These houses are all on level playing field, they all cross recruit, and they all have their faults and weaknesses. My personal feelings about the ranks go as follow, alphabetical order within tiers APhi/DZ/Theta DG/Pi Phi AXO/ChiO ADPi/AGD/KD/KKG/SK AOPi
