Any good recruitment question requires a pnm to answer using non-yes-or-no phrases. Tasteful follow-up questions and statements by a rusher can bring-out further information from the rushee. Any sorority woman resorting to the standard "What's your major?" question during rush runs the risk of stifling her rushee into feeling she is in the 1990's movie 'Groundhog Day' because EVERY house asks that question. Be imaginative! Set a better engagement standard!
