Hi, Not every fraternity signed for a House because it was optional, and the majority of fraternities and sororities hate the idea anyway and opted out. And it wouldn’t even be possible to make every chapter get a “house” on Greek village because there are 32 fraternities as of this fall. The majority of chapters who signed chapters who are smaller and don’t have houses for centralized activities. It is honestly a waste of money and not a true Greek experience.
