Personally I would say GPA because that is a pretty easy cut. If you don't make the chapter minimum they won't even look at anything else. Then personality just because if the person you talk to absolutely hated you you aren't coming back. If you don't fit in you don't fit in. Lastly looks only because it is opinion based and a little harder to judge (but still fairly easy)
