All sororities value leadership. If you're looking to take on a role right away, I'd look into AOPi (the new sorority coming up), KD, or DZ. Since AOPi is new, you'd be a founding member and could take on leadership positions right out of the gate. KD is still new so it still applies. DZ is going through a lot of leadership changes, so it's something to look into if you want an established and not new organization. That being said, there are leadership opportunities in ALL sororirites, so go through recruitment with an open mind! :)
