Idk why when chapters that used to be strong come back to campus, people think that automatically they're just going to continue where they left off. The top 2 houses used to be Sigma Nu and Sigma Pi like 7 years ago. They're both back on campus, are they the top 2 now? If SAE has a lot of support from alumni and nationals, they could probably be relevant in like 3 years but yea it takes time.
