the biggest bangers are during prerush. Official rush week is dry except for the off campus frats. So if you wanna actually experience what the frats are like and how they rage, you definitely want to be in the loop for that. Also, it's probably the most fun time of the year so there's no reason to miss out on some solid parties, this is the only time in college where you'll be able to basically see how every frat rages.
