I'd say it's 1 Kappa Sig 2 DKE 3 Delta Sig Everyone is forgetting that Sig Ep fell off hard and Lambda just isn't top tier anymore either. That #3 spot is up for grabs in top tier and no one else really qualifies for it besides Delta Sig
