I was at asu when that happened, it was the other way around, and TKE got kicked off, not DKE. Then TKE came back for 1 semester (fall 2013) and literally got kicked off again just a few months later for the MLK party. DKE got kicked off for the same reason sig chi got kicked, just a build up of small hazing and unregistered party violations. You get enough slaps on the wrist and ASU will boot you.
