Lol Delta Sig is a better house than Pike. Pike is middle/upper middle tier and is a huge chapter that probably has more goobers than Delta Sig has guys in total. Pike is still a good chapter don't get me wrong, but they are a step below top chapters like Kappa Sig, DKE, D Sig and Lambda.
