I'm transferring to ASU with a couple of buddies from the same school and we're pretty excited about the very outgoing atmosphere at ASU. Were looking around and reading theres LOTS of parties at apartment complexes like district and such, but sounds like the real rager potential is at the houses you rent with roomies. We plan on having some pretty big crowds often. My question then is what is the best community WITH houses to live in for throwing huge ragers? Also, what housing community goes the hardest and most often, you know, so other neighbors are used to the rowdy atmosphere? How's security at these places? I've read Cottages is a fun place but unfortunately no detail of what makes it great was given, but where else? Maybe a place that has apartment units in addition to townhouses like Gateway? Where's it at, and thanks in advance.
